How to use the PayFresco Payment Planner
Effective 1 October 2026. These terms cover the planner tools inside ChatGPT and the pages on this host. Questions: https://payfresco.com/contact/.
What the app is
The app compares business facts with a capability catalog, builds a preparation checklist, and lays out presentment and settlement currencies. It is not legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or underwriting.
It does not approve a merchant, quote a fee, promise a payout time, move money, submit an application, or contact anyone. A documented or conditional capability match does not mean a business qualifies. Unknown means that requirement has no publication-approved coverage.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you tell a provider and for the laws that apply to your products. Do not use the app to plan fraud, submit false information, or move customer funds. If you include a card number or a government ID, the tool is supposed to stop and ask you to remove it.
Some categories are outside what this ChatGPT app will plan. A refusal here is a limit of the app. It is not a merchant decision. The catalog adds no further category prohibition beyond legality in the relevant jurisdictions and what this app is allowed to plan.
Numbers
Converted amounts use only the figures you supply. They are assumptions, not PayFresco rates. The app does not quote a fee, a reserve, or a payout time.
Countries
The United Kingdom, the European Union, and the EEA are different labels. A label is not merchant approval. Comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions are unsupported.
Links
Informational links may point at https://payfresco.com/. That site has its own terms. This app does not add tracking parameters to the link.
No warranty
The app and these pages are general planning information. To the extent the law allows, PayFresco is not liable for a decision you make from a tool result. This release is not described as approved for directory distribution.
