What this planner does with what you type

Effective 1 October 2026. This policy covers the PayFresco Payment Planner ChatGPT app and the pages on this host: the home page, this policy, and the terms. Questions about PayFresco go to the contact page at https://payfresco.com/contact/. This app does not publish a separate support inbox.

Categories of personal data

The tools are built to receive only planning facts:

An ISO country code for the business registration country
ISO country codes for customer markets
A business-category label, a billing model, and payment-method labels
ISO currency codes for presentment and settlement
Optional hypothetical amounts and exchange rates you supply
An optional note of up to 400 characters

Do not send a name, email address, phone number, street address, card number, bank account, password, government ID, or a copy of a document. If the server sees a common pattern for those items, it returns an error and does not use the text as a planning fact.

Purposes

The only purpose is to build the setup comparison, the readiness checklist, or the settlement table in the ChatGPT response. The pages on this host do not read a chat.

Storage and retention

The application does not write tool inputs or outputs to a database, file, or application log. It does not create an account. A short-lived rate-limit counter may keep a client address in memory on one server instance and then drop it. Because tool inputs are not stored, they cannot be retrieved or deleted from this app. You can delete the chat in ChatGPT.

The host that serves HTTPS may process connection metadata, such as IP address and the time of a request, in order to deliver the site. This application does not use that metadata for advertising or profiling. Vercel describes its own handling at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Recipients

The tool result is returned to the ChatGPT session that requested it. OpenAI processes that conversation under its own terms. This server does not send the tool arguments anywhere else, and it does not submit them to an application form.

We do not sell personal information. A link to https://payfresco.com/ is informational. It does not add tracking parameters and it does not carry your answers.

Cookies and tracking

These pages do not set tracking cookies and do not load third-party analytics. The result panel does not call an external API.

Children

This app is a business planning tool. It is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

Leave personal data out of the tool inputs.
Delete the ChatGPT conversation if you do not want it kept there.
Use the PayFresco contact page for a question about this policy. This server cannot look up a past tool call.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
